Conservatory Orchestra John Welsh, Music Director

The Conservatory Orchestra personnel are at the advanced high school ability level and focus on artistic performance of the standard repertoire.  The students also participate in the following ensembles:

SOGO Brass Choir

The SOGO Brass Choir performs standard brass choir repertoire and a wide spectrum of arrangements of orchestral works.  Personnel are drawn from the SOGO Orchestras as well as additional players of intermediate to advanced high school ability.

Academy Orchestra

The Academy Orchestra personnel are at the advanced middle school/intermediate high school ability level and perform standard repertoire and some arrangements of the standard repertoire. The students receive instruction in music theory, music history, and ear training.  Students also participate in the following ensembles:
